Our last fun detour was in Amarillo, Texas! We stopped to eat at Big Texan Steak Ranch and then hit Cadillac Ranch before hitting the road. It was my first time setting foot on Texas soil and honestly, I wish we had stayed an extra day! There was so much to see and do and so little time, but maybe someday...
We are now at what will be our home base for our last few weeks in the states:
Utah.
You know that unassuming girl you overlooked throughout high school and when you finally got to know her, realizing that she was one of the coolest people you had ever met?
If that girl was a state, she'd be Utah. She's not big or flashy like Texas, but she sure knows how to have a good time.
