Hi ladies!
Thanks for the sweet comments and messages after my last post. Another reminder of why I love to blog! We all hit a wall sometimes and I've accepted that my wall is called summer.

It's another All Dressed Up and this week I pay homage to my Danish heritage.

(Is it just me or does this photo look like an old 50's ad featuring Lady, the happy homemaker?)
I have to admit, I didn't feel entirely comfortable in this outfit. For the most part I prefer structured pieces. Pencil skirts, skinny jeans and fitted dresses make up the majority of my wardrobe. So this was a departure for me, but it was fun and definitely right for summer! And let's face it, sometimes you just need to shake things up!
Paired with my new favorite oxford wedges from Charlotte Russe, this $4 vintage J. Estes skirt was born again!

ReplyDeleteDamn, not in my size. I was about to buy those shoes, like right this second. I have been on the hunt for a pair like these!

ReplyDeleteI ADORE those shoes!! I have a similar pair in gray that aren't lace up but have the same sweet little peep toe. I haven't worn them yet but am so inspired to deck my feet out next week---when things aren't so crazy and I have a car again, that is ;)
